Dr Rafael Locke

Dr Locke is the founder of the
Ikon Institute and developed the Ikon Diplomas. He has spent over 30
years in education, training and research. He trained in Australia and
the US in anthropology, psychology, medical science and natural
medicine. After Doctoral studies in Australia, he received a CSIRO
post-doctoral fellowship at MIT and Harvard. Dr Locke is
currently a Professor in the Department of Perceptual Studies, School of
Psychiatry, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia USA.
